I purchased this book to take advantage of a defined structure, checklists, forms, etc. The book indicates on page xxvi of the "What This Manual Will Do For You" that it includes "Ready-made, full-size forms" etc. there is not a companion disc for this book and no "full size forms, letters, etc. included.

Excellent book loaded with content and insight

This is a terrific book I've purchased many of them for my team in construction. Full of practical and thought provoking ideas on how to deal with contacts, approvals, communication and all aspects of running a construction company large or small. This is geared towards a medium sized company not a sole proprietorship.

The 5th edition has added some additional chapters which will be very useful in the classroom. But, the 4th edition included a CD of the forms and checklists used in the book. The 5th edition does not include the CD which makes it less useful for the students.

So much content crammed into a small space.

I wasn't sure about how this started. I didn't feel quite satisfied with how the last book ended, so this one kind of jumped right in but with different characters- which I also wasn't expecting. I wanted to know more about Addison when she was mentioned in the last book, so I was excited she was a main character. Same with Sawyer. I liked how he was the sweet one, I did feel like their relationship happened a bit too quickly based on the content of their issues. It felt like they could have used more time. Then the book kind of floats around for a while. Then the end just comes and slams into you out of almost nowhere. I think we could have used a bit more detail at the end before it concluded. But, as per usual, the epilogue made up for tons of that!

Every time I start to read one of Amber Garza’s books (and I’ve read several), I’m confident that I’m going to enjoy myself and always know that I’m in for a treat and usually some plot twists that blow my mind. For the Save was no exception. It took me beyond enjoyment. It is such a wonderful story and had me hooked right from the beginning. Amber’s Playing for Keeps series is one of her best. Choosing subjects that are not always nice or fun to talk about and sometimes painful, Amber has the ability to weave those subjects into her stories in such a way that they only enhance the reading experience and make the books impossible to put down. I highly recommend Amber Garza’s books for all ages.

Great end to a great series.

Great end to a sweet series. It wasn't my favorite in the series. I think I wanted a little more - more of what I'm not sure if. But something. I love Sawyer. Seriously- he is a great character and I'm glad we got to see him. we got to see Holden and Chloe in this book as well - which was great.

A nourishing book

When I became a mother I felt all of the things that Kirstie describes in the book: tired, lonely and isolated, and didn't have enough time. Only, I didn't realise that it was common for women to feel this, and felt even more lonely in my journey. So, it's very comforting to have Kirstie's book - and be guided with nourishing information and given practical exercises in how to make my life and my family's easier. This book is a great book to take with me for the first several years of motherhood.

Great holistic book for mums!

This book is a fantastic, easy to read book for busy new mums. Kirstie makes great use of headings which enables readers to easily read the book from front to back or flick to their areas of concern to find specific strategies. Kirstie also makes use of practical activities, in order for new mums to not just read content, but actually implement the change. I love that the book is holistic and very much aligns with what I teach. Seeing Kirstie walking the talk also gives me confidence that she knows what she is writing about and that the strategies are tried and tested.
