A nourishing book

When I became a mother I felt all of the things that Kirstie describes in the book: tired, lonely and isolated, and didn't have enough time. Only, I didn't realise that it was common for women to feel this, and felt even more lonely in my journey. So, it's very comforting to have Kirstie's book - and be guided with nourishing information and given practical exercises in how to make my life and my family's easier. This book is a great book to take with me for the first several years of motherhood.

Great holistic book for mums!

This book is a fantastic, easy to read book for busy new mums. Kirstie makes great use of headings which enables readers to easily read the book from front to back or flick to their areas of concern to find specific strategies. Kirstie also makes use of practical activities, in order for new mums to not just read content, but actually implement the change. I love that the book is holistic and very much aligns with what I teach. Seeing Kirstie walking the talk also gives me confidence that she knows what she is writing about and that the strategies are tried and tested.
