Practical, Simple and Useful

One fine day, my boss called me to her office and said that I need to write-up something on organizational review. I am no PhD, so what to do? and i really wanted to be involved in this project...i found this material on the web and saw that amazon.com has a book version too.
The book is easy to understand, practical and tailor made for practitioners; use it for learning about how to assess organizations. Must have for all those professionals in the field of public management and development

This book, while good for it's intended purpose, doesn't match the description. It is aimed at an extremely limited application, not organizations in general.
