A very good book.

An excellent book describing in clear language what being overweight really means in terms of our overall health and strength. Mr Price has done a good job of walking the reader through the effects of junk food addiction--yes it is an addiction- and onto creating a better lifestyle. That we should all eat more raw food is an undisputed fact. What is not so well known is that a raw food diet is also very tasty. The author has supplied the reader with great tasting recipes at the back of the book. I have always tried to minimize the processed food in my diet and so this was an easy sell for me. I thank the author for sharing the way to a healthier life. A very good book.
